  3.                 MICROSOFT WORKS FOR WINDOWS FILES
  4.  
  5.         Included with Santa Letters 2.0, you will find Microsoft
  6.         Works for Windows files for your databases, form (Santa)
  7.         letters, envelopes, labels, and label forms.  There are 
  8.         only a couple of files included in the shareware version
  9.         of Santa Letters 2.0.  Please send in your registration 
  10.         order form with payment for more files, info, and clip
  11.         art as well as the right to use the files in your Santa 
  12.         Letters business.

  14.         Works for Windows files have the extension .wps or .wdb.
  15.         You can copy these files to your MS Works directory.  
  16.         Now when you open MS Works for Windows you can view, 
  17.         change, and print these files.  You can delete or add 
  18.         items to the databases.  
  19.         
  20.         The databases, form letters, and order forms (which were 
  21.         designed in MS Publisher) will need to contain the same 
  22.         fields. Be sure that all of the database fields that you 
  23.         plan to use in your Santa Letters are included in your 
  24.         database and questionaire order forms.

  26.         You should run a test print on plain paper before printing
  27.         the form letters on your Christmas stationery to be sure 
  28.         that the letter will fit on the paper you have chosen.
  29.         There may be changes to the files because everyone obviously
  30.         does not use the same printer.  Please understand this and
  31.         make changes as necessary.  Honeysuckle Computing will not
  32.         be responsible for any problems you may have with these files
  33.         that are beyond our control.  We will however be glad to try
  34.         and help you if you do have problems.  Contact us on Prodigy,

  38.         printing form letters in Works can be found in the Works for 
  39.         Windows manual and by using HELP while in Works.
